International Women's Apparel (IWA) is a subsidiary of the Hartmarx Corporation.  Hartmarx, headquartered in Chicago and best known for such wonderful men's brands as Austin Reed, Hart Schaffner & Marx, Hickey Freeman, Bobby Jones, Jack Nicklaus, branched into women's sportswear in 1987.
IWA owns the US license for Semplice, Aura Aura, Austin Reed and Starington women's products.  Additionally we own the labels for Semplice, Alex, Eye,  and H&W.  Our products are sold in fine retail stores, and through the Barrie Pace catalog - our sister division.
